7 potential client questions:

1). Why is the price set to £5 a month?
The price is set to £5 a month because we wanted a price that would allow us to still be profitable however not to expensive that it puts people off buying it. We also wanted to make sure our price reflected our target audience of people from the C1, C2, D and E social class. £5 a month is also a competitive price for example against other magazines such as XXL and Hip-Hop.

2). What will the colour scheme be?
We would like to use a blend of both bright colours and dark, near to black, colours. This is because we intend to make the picture on the front cover Stand out as much as possible so therefore we would want a colour that goes against the colour of the picture for example if the picture is bright then we would opt for a darker background.

3). Why have you chosen these distribution types?
We chose to distribute mainly to North London and some surrounding areas because in the brief the magazine asked us to focus on the "Vibrant North London music scene" so therefore we wanted to give North London residents the easiest time to buy the copies. However due to the online subscription we have not made the magazine solely for North London residents.

4). Why have u chosen your primary target audience?
I chose my primary target audience to be this way as I thought they are stereotypically the most common audience for my genre. Therefore having them as my primary audience gives me the best chance of gaining readers. This then lead me to be able to match my price to my audience.

5). Why have u chosen your secondary target audience?
I chose this audience because it gave me a chance to target a completely different demographic that even other competitors don't really target. This would therefore mean there is a gap in the market for this appealing to more customers which will be essential in building up brand awareness.

6). How is this magazine meeting the clients brief?
My magazine is meeting the brief because it will be a music magazine that due to the distribution will focus on the North London music scene but then also expand out into the wider rap genre as a whole. It will also produce original content and will be visual and colourful to make it stand out.

7). How will your magazine stand out from competition?
My magazine will stand out by having different USP's. One of these would be an interactive QR code to allow readers to interact with the magazine and gain special content or rewards only obtainable through buying the magazine.
